Standing in its own stunning grounds covering more than 50 hectares, Ellesmere College is conveniently located near the small, historic town of Ellesmere, and is less than 100 kilometres from both of England's second major cities, Manchester and Birmingham. This ideal location means students can benefit from the vast range of activities both cities have to offer whilst living and studying in a tranquil English country setting.
Over the centuries Ellesmere has developed into a vibrant market town with numerous Georgian and half-timbered buildings surrounding the medieval streets. Situated in the heart of Shropshire, renowned for it's idyllic rural location and popular for outdoor activities, Ellesmere College is ideally located for PLUS to offer a safe and exciting campus for students of all ages. Founded in 1884 and set in the beautiful English countryside, the school offers students the chance to achieve success in both their studies and a wide range of activities, including music, art, sport and drama, in a happy, friendly atmosphere.
The center is advisable for young learners aged 10 to 17.
On-campus accommodation is in single or two-bed en-suite rooms, or single or two-bed standard bedrooms with shared facilities.
